what to do?

my mother is in the hospital and she has been having seizures, but they are not registering on the CAT scan, MRI's, EEG's or any other test. Her right side of her body is not functioning: leg, arm, and eye. They said that they can't figure out what's wrong, because she doesn't have epilepsy nor epileptic seizures. We stay in Jackson, Tn and she has been going to a neurologist for the past five years. They don't even know and we tried to get her into St. Francis in Memphis,Tn and they won't take her, because they said there is nothing they can do. My mother was not born with seizures she just started having them five years ago. What should we do?Do you think someone can figure it out and if so who? Please we really need your help!!!!!
