what type of neurologist/ pediatric dr to see

Hi -my 15 yr old son who is a distance swimmer was recently diagnosed by an Ortho spine Dr (after being seen by a shoulder Ortho who couldn't help us) at Childrens hospital of PA with Thoracic outlet syndrome in both arms. He can't swim due to dull achy pain in shoulder, upper back, armpit pain and tingling, numbness down both arms into his hands (occasionally his fingers go white) he also has decreased endurance. The doctor told him to see a TOS specialist but that they didn't have any at CHOP. I can't find anyone near me. His pediatrician says he should see a pediatric neuroligist ( no regular neuro's will see him near us since he is only 15) CHOP has about 15 Neuro's on staff but I don't know what type would best be able to manage all of the tests for this... I don't know if this is vascular venious or arterial the pain numbness tingling is with him 24 hrs /day I don't want to wait forever to be seen by the wrong Dr again  please help Who should I make an appt to see for this that sees children??

Try consulting a Neurovascular Surgeon.  

You can always call or stop by the physician's office and ask if the physician treats pediatric patients and treats/manages TOS.
