whats next 4 me

i've been passing out quite a bit and being unresponsive, well a CAT was done on me and it showed, i have white matter on my brain....well bascially the dr. said i have white matter disease, oh! did i mention i'm only 30yrs old w/2 babies under the age of 5yrs old. and a husband thats just like me, wondering what does all of this mean. so, with all this being said, i just want to know, whats next for me? and whats going to happen to me? is this cureable? is there a type of surgery to fix it? freakin out a little bit....PLEASE HELP AND RESPOND QUICKLY!!!!
