whats wrong with my shoulder

My right shoulder cracks when I move it and it burns so bad I can hardly stand the pain  I try not to move it but I have too Im right handed what can I do to make the pain go away and what is wrong with my shoulder HELP please.

Hi there. This sounds like pinched nerves at the level of shoulder joint. This could be frozen shoulder or secondary to cervical disc degeneration. You need to consult an orthopaedician for a detailed evaluation of these symptoms with a cervical spine MRI and x-ray shoulder joint for better assessment of this pain.  Nerve conduction velocity study will be required if the above investigations fail.
