white masses on brain and lots of pain
Three years ago my dr told me i have white masses on my brain. at that point they where not sure if it was build up or deteration. they have done lots of test mri cts scans brain wave test...sleeping and awake. they showed the matter and spikeing of the brain on the left side. i have seizures again that started 3 years ago. i had them fromt the time i was 14 to 16 then they went away. they came back with micranes muscle spams in the right eye hands and fingures sometimes in legs. my speech is getting worse along with my short term memory.  my head aches are getting worse to the point where i am getting sick from them.i cant stay in one postion while i sleep or stay awake because my muscles hurt and get very stiff if i do.i cant tell when i need to pee until my kidenys start to hurt. i drop things all the time and find that things i use to beable to open or do i just cant do them anymore. i am tried alot and very moody and some what depressed. here is my question for you is there any more test that can figure out what is going on and is there treatment that can help with my pain. i am on depakote 1000mg two times a day and 100 mg topamax 4 times a day and this is just not working anymore.

You need a new evaluation soon.  You need a new thorough neurological exam and a new MRI to assess any changes.  Are you being monitored for control of the seizures it sounds like you said you have?
