I often here a whoosing sound when i turn my head sideways, what maybe the cause?

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. It could be something simple like your Eustachian tube, inner ear, or a vascular cause for example. If this problem is bothersome, I would recommend that you follow up with an ENT to have it evaluated. If any other symptoms occur such as dizziness, hearing loss, ringing in the ears, I would recommend that you be evaluated by your primary physician. If you actually have any neurological changes, such as sensory loss, weakness, difficulty with speaking, etc, you should be evaluated in an emergency department urgently.
