why am i having burning sensation on palms? and my shoulder has shooting pain down my arm?

Ortho done a nerve test few months ago, it looked ok.  I have burning feeling on my palms for a couple months and its constant, everyday.  My left shoulder hurts everyday, it has a sharp pain going down my shoulder up to my elbow (sharp shocking pain).   My MRI states I have "Acromion process II" for my left shoulder.  MRI states I have "suprascapular notch cyst" on my left side also. The ortho doctor said there is nothing they can do surgically for the pain I have been having, unless the cyst get bigger.  My palms have a burning/hurting sensation, mostly my left side.  My RA blood test shows good/normal.  They also said I might have early beginning stages of carpal tunnel, they think so but are not positive.  What is wrong with my palms burning up and hurting constantly everyday?
