why do i have pains in my head all the time

every day i have pains in my head i have done for years and years and i go dizzie a lot, i cant walk in a line and if i stand up and close my eyes i fall, the pains in head make me feel sick a lot to and at least 4 days a week my pains get very bad

Hi there. The possibilities when headaches and dizziness coexist, whichever leading to the other could be a migraine. You may have a headache, dizziness and vertigo as part of the aura in basilar migraines. These can lead to strokes or transient ischemic attacks too. Hemiplegic migraines may also have similar presentation. These symptoms could signal to a head injury, neck trauma, temperomandibular joint syndrome, side effects of certain drugs like anti hypertensive drugs, NSAIDs, anti angina drugs like nitrates. Substance exposure to carbon monoxide, toluene in paint thinners etc. consult a neurologist for evaluation and treatment accordingly. Hope this helps. Take care.

Do maintain a healthy diet and as much as possible donot remain empty stomach....try it.....it may help sumtyms and stay away 4m cold drinks if u suffer 4m cold very often...
