why do my fingers twitch?

for years now in periods of time all of my fingers twitch BOTH HANDS and i also get a suddon shock in my boddy and shake for some reason also aswell as that i keep scrunching my eyes shut and my frends are curios to what im doing i keep geting told its a nerve action ? but is it please tell me im one confushed 13yr old girl Help.
