why i fel left chast pain

i am 22 years old man, from one years ago i am feeling left chast pain which occur when i move my body and  during sitting.pain also moves toards my left arms and back too. pain started serve for 3-4 days and it becoms mild.  pain  occurs lateral side of my left chast. i have cardic check up but every thing is normal i also doubt on chostocondrits but doctor says i have no chostochondrits i also have dorsal and cervical spine's MRI but it appear normal. according to my pain i  think of i have neurological disorder but doctor can't diagnose proprely so i wanna ask what i actually have? response  my problem, what i actually have?

Hi there. The various causes of left sided chest pain arise from heart, lungs or the oesophagus. It can also arise from muscles or bones, stomach or gall bladder. These could be angina, heart attacks accompanied by shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, dizziness or irregular heart beat. This pain could also be acidity, gas or heart burn.  The intestinal gas can cause difficulty in breathing, tightening of chest wall causing pain chest. If these above cardiac symptoms are absent, it could be acidity, gas, or heartburn. You need to consult a physician with these concerns. Rule out anxiety also. Take care.

i am 30 years  femle i am feeling pain in my chast right hand site since ten years but i did not  disclose and inform my husbent now a days i am feeling so much pain when i ride up 5 stroyed building pain duration 3 or four days , which type doctor i will go, pls help me
