will I die

I recently had a MRI that showed a lesion on it. I had a MRI last year and it was normal. I am now having trouble keeping my legs,arms,and head still. This started 2 months ago and has progressivly worse. I take premarin, cymbalta, and a thyroid medicine and multi vitamins. I am also tending to slur my words (I don't drink) and talk real slow. My memory is not as sharp as it once was. I am only 46 and I think I am too young to die.
