worried -low blood pressure.dizzy.headache etc.....

I didn’t know which topic to pick so I chose FM because I have suffered with it since for my firsts diagnosis back in 1977.
I have been feeling dizzy last few days, lightheaded and my eyes kind of go dark at times – dark blotches – it’s kind of like when you go out in strong sunlight and then go into a dark room. My husband said my eyes look small to him and I look tired. I feel very nauseated sometimes on the verge of throwing up. I feel a strange pressure in my neck and I have been having really strong headaches. I feel weak and lethargic and I get these spells of perspiring – my hands get really hot but my face feels cool. Not that this is anything but my scalp has been extra itchy. My blood pressure last night and this morning was 89/60 & 90/62. This morning it was 92/60 – I am not sure if that is considered normal but it seems a bit low to me.
Could I just be sick? I don’t remember ever feeling quite this way.

Well, low blood pressure can cause a person to feel like they're going to pass out, your general symptoms.  I think you should visit your regular doc and ask him to run a few tests to find out WHY you have low blood pressure.  Low BP can come from all sorts of things, to include anemia from bleeding in the body somewhere, or a gland like the thyroid that is malfunctioning (hypothyroid).  That way the doc can treat you for whatever is causing all this and get you to feeling better soon.
