i have been getting deep aching in my left leg with pins and needles when starting exercise, but now im getting a aching in my left arm when doing nothing it making me feel dizzy and sick i am normally very well but everything happening on left side any ideas please.

Hi,
As I told you earlier, lower back stretching can cause similar symptoms. But if you are experiencing aching in left arm, dizziness with feeling of pins and needles, suggest one of the possibilities as some blood pressure abnormality.
You need to see a GP/Cardiologist at earliest.
