worried about Hemangioma

I was in a accident on 1/24/07. i had taken a week off work and returned to only be able to work for 1 1/2 weeks. I was driving a tri-axle when a car went left of center and forced me off the road. The truck rolled on it's side and i was trapped in side for about 1/2 hour. I had a x-ray of my back in 2-07 nothing showed up. I than had a MRI of cervical spine on 5/15/07 everything was normal but 8.3 mm Thornwaldt cyst or the posterior pharynx. than on 6/30/07 I had a MRI of thoracic spine the finding everything normal but slight increased signal on T1 weighted image in the T2 vertebral body most likely hemangioma, i suffer from pain and numbing sensation in my upper back weakness in arms and legs lower back pain with loss of legs sensation and really bad pain, like heart beat in my lower back. I was told that the cyst or the hemangioma is nothing. i feel thatthe hemangioma was caused by the accident, should i consult a different doctor for a second opinion is there now evidents that hemangioma is nothing or could this lead to more serious situation?
