would just like answers

im female and 36 years old.for about aa couple of weeks i was tierd and the bottom of my feet hurt.then on about day 15 all of asudden i felt like i had severe arthritis. all of my joints hurt except my hips. its all the time .i cant sleep at night because as soon as i move i wake up in pain.at night it seems to hurt the most in my shoulders and neck .i get really stiff from sitting or laying down. i can barely walk when i get up. once i start moving it gets okay. exercise makes it feel better while im doing it but as soon as i quit it hurts again. the weather doesnt affect it.th e joints in my fingers are swollen they arent red or hot . pain and stiffness  get alittle better with ibuprofren. the pain seems to be in some of my muscles and tendons. i tried arthrotec and it didnt work. the blood work all came back negative for rhematoid arthritis and fibormalagia. the xrays on my hands came back normal. any ideas.
