zoning out or seizures?

I was wondering if anyone else ever experiences this. Occasionally I find myself zoning right out. I dont usually do it intentionally although I can if I want to. But after a few moments of me doing it I realize it and sometimes I keep it going because it kinda feels good. I can snap out of it when I want. But I read about seizures and heard this could be a form of seizures. What I want to know is does this sound more like a seizure or more just like plain old harmless zoning out? I stumbled across it because I was online looking up phantom smells. On the odd occassion I will smell something thats not there. Or maybe it is and I just dont see it. Usually its not actually a smell from outside my nose but just a sort of smell sensation I get in the top of my nose. Its kinda not even really a smell but almost like the sense that i am going to smell whatever it is but it dosent end up happening. Im sure that sounds weird. That does not happen often but occassionally. I tend to worry a lot about things so sorry if I rambled.
