Abnormal MRI - Pain on left side of head...

I had to back in for a MRI w/contrast yesterday 01-13. The prev. MRI report said there was t2/flair signal hypersensitivity. It also stated that their was multiple coci(?) focci in the left ventricle extending into the roof of the 3rd ventricle. It also stated that they seen white matter??. Please help me out with this. My doc really did not give me any indication what this is. He just told me that if it comes back as something that should not be there - they would have to go in and take care of it. What is he talking about??. Please help..

I have been suffering with alot of nausea for the last year along with alot of pain on the left side of head. It starts in the lower left side and wraps around to the front - behind my left eye. I have been having alot of problems with my left eye. I have blurry vision along with pain , I have also had poor balance. I feel like I'm always losing my balance. I hope I answered your question... I still have not heard anything from my 2nd MRI - should I have heard something by now??.

Dear Kate, we are here in Medhelp volunteering to find people's best answers and hope final remedies. Your symptoms dear are very compatible with a cluster headache or even migraine-headache in the time being (because classification of headache may chande each 10-20 years)
please first  of all contact your dentist to rule out dental and temporomandibular joint troubles, then if no disturbances in these areas, we can assume my first diagnosis of headache types..
then the treartment is complex, diet..., antiinflamatory and somrtimes effective muscle relaxant, antidepressant (but not anxiolitics)
when you finish from the dentist please recontact me

hi,
3 months back i had some injury on my head, i had headache and dizziness since then, i had my CT scan done last week which showed no significant findings but there is an unusual cylindrical 5 mm calcification in the left 4th ventricle near the foramen of luschka which may be vascular or in the choroid. i just want to know is it really not significant or is it some thing serious?? because my doctor did not tell me properly what is it exactly...
