Acute Back Pain (Multiple discs)

Hi Doctor,

My Mrs, namely KHALIDA BANOO  complained of back pain.  We contacted  eminent  Neuro- surgeon  at SKIMS Srinagar.
Dr. labeled as LBPain  Stretching  feelings R Leg. Prescribed some medicines and asked to get MRI L/S..The impression of MRI REPORT

                                        Degenerated L/S  spine with L  Para-central disc protrusion at L5-S1 causing compression of  L  sided existing nerve roots with diffuse central disc protrusion at  L4-5  disc  bulges at L2-3 and L3-4  with disc desiccations   atL2-3 L3-4   ,L4-5 and  L5-S1   levels, with  modic type II   changes at L4, L5, and  S1 with  posterior marginal Osteo puytoses   seen at   multiple  levels.
The patient is hyper-tensive with all  bio-chemist/haemotoloy/ thyro-profiile taking AMLODIPIN, Diuretic (Natlix SR) medications to control above parameters.
Please advise what further to do.
