Acute and *odd* pain in lower back.

Hello.

I had a surgery in my lower lumbar spine area done this past month and since I am in worse shape than ever.
The nerve pain seems to be gone but now i'm stuck with a new type of pain. When I'm sitting i feel ok and same goes for standing ( Not too long ) walking is tolerable for about 30 minutes give or take. The big problem now is that the minute I lay on my bed, my back starts hurting and there's absolutely no position to relieve the pain. It feels like a "Torticoli" or as if I sprained my back. It's an instant 10/10 unbearable which is followed by involuntary screaming which is also accompanied by more pain. I'm now using a cane to walk around because my lower back muscles are completely useless now, i can't stand up or get up without either support from a person or a wall/cane/chair/table.

I haven't been sleeping since the surgery, about 4 hours a night. I'm falling into a gloomy mindset and sometimes I wonder if Life is worth living with this pain following me for the past 3 years.

I have M.R.I scans I could always upload if needed for better idea on my case.

Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you again soon.

The theory of vertebrae sticking to each other is very possible. Please consult your local pharmacy for adequate medical combination of names found at your market;
1 muscular relaxant
1 antiinflamatory
1 gastric cover PPI

They have me on

Apo Naproxen 500 mg
PMS Hydromorphone 4mg
Novo Docusate 100mg

My neurosurgeon told me that because this is my second surgery to the spine and that they removed 1/3 off two of my discs, that the bones of the spine may be touching due to my excess weight. They don't seem to care much, I call to make an appointment I have to wait 2-3 months even though i'm in huge pain. All they do is give me meds, I just want to know what's wrong inside me.

But thank you for your reply I'll take it in consideration.

George.

hello, you seem to be in a real muscular spasm... That could be caused by the surgical irrritation.. Start as soosn as possible 3 tabs twice daily. 1 muscular relaxant+1 antiinflamatory+1 gastric cover dose of 20mg. Treat yourself which much more rest, fluids, relaxation therapy, lumbar brace for 2-4 weeks
