In my opinion a 3 cm meningioma over the parietal lobe will reach a larger dimensions in months or years and for example a 3.5cm meningioma compressing the left parietal lobe could cause a diversity of serious troubles, many times irreversible like right side hemi-neglect (so you cannot feel your right body at all).
You can control with MRIs and if you find that this type of meningioma is growing significantly over the upcoming months you should not continue without removing it, but if the radiologist feels that this tumor is the one growing the most slowly.. My advice then will be for you: "plan to remove it", because also epilepsy and many many problems can emerge.
Surgery is simple
