Can chemo cause stuttering?

After Chemo's 2 to 4 my adult daughter had some limited stuttering for a few days. After chemo 5 she awoke unresponsive & when she became more alert, she stuttered severely, had problems with balance & intermittent shaking of her right hand. No one knows what it is, but say its not the chemo, over 3 weeks later she's still the same. Where can we find answers? She was on FEC, which all have heavy side affects.

dear, your info are incomplete... Why she is on chemotherapy?
Her age?
Where is the tumor?
Since how long she is on treatment and does her speech was always ok?
