Do I need a neurosurgeon what might they do?

I am 36 years old and have been having severe back pain.  I can't even bend over to put my shoes on in the morning.  I recently have had x-rays on my lower back.  I have pars defect on one of my vertebra, spondylothesis on one, a limbic vertebra, and some degenerative changes and spurring.  I have tried pt twice and it helps a little, but after it was complete it started hurting again.  Could a neurosurgeon helps with these things and what might they do?

1- start to take a small dose of Ibuprofen 400mg directly after your last meal for 3 weeks only.
2- switch your drinks to ananas (make it your main drink)
3- a combination of Nexrutine + MSM + Chondroitine + Hyaluronic acid + Glucosamine could be found as a food supplement. take 2 tablets of it daily preferably morning.

please be in contact after 2 months, because if minimal relief only , you should do a dynamic views lumbar x-rays to rule out listhesis of vertebras
