Is it multiple sclerosis?

Is it multiple sclerosis?

I'm a female, 17 years of age. I got my first attack of optic neuritis 3 weeks back  for which I was admitted in the hospital. My sight had improved  but one week later I stood in the sunlight for 10 minutes I felt that I started losing my vision.
I also had small bald patches, first time 6 months back and the second time 1 month back. The dermatologist told that it is an auto immune disorder.
My brain MRI, which was taken 3 weeks back is as follows:
(this is without contrast enhancement)
Multiple foci of bright light are seen in frontoparietal white matter bilaterally. One lesion is seen in the left temporal lobe. Two or three lesions are seen in both cerebral hemispheres. Lesions are iso to hypointense on T1. No odema around. No mass effect.
Ventricles are normal.
Cortical sulci, sylvian fissures and basal cisterns are normal.
sella, pitutary gland and parasellar regions are normal.
no midline shift
7th and 8th nerve complex are normal on both sides.
Major intracranial vessels show normal flowvoid.
optic nerves and rest of the orbits are normal on both sides.
IMPRESSION: Multiple foci of bright signal lesions as described- suggestive of demyelination and could be multiple scler osis.

There are no oligoclonal or abnormal bands in gamma globulin region as per my my CSF protein electrophoresis report.
In my CSF anlysis it was found that my cell count is 44per cu.mm, 95% lymphocytes, 5% neutrophils,
33.8mg protein,
My ESR was 47 when I got it tested 4 weeks back and now reduced to 3.
My vitamin D3 value is 10.8ng/ml

I will really appreciate your advice on the causes and treatment and also what more I can do to restore my vision.
Thanks in advance!

I think that many viruses can leave demyelination lesions in the central -and peripheriral- nervous system, and I am a strong supporter of the viral theory of MS since 2002.
Muliple sclerosis was thought to be slowed with immunosuppressors, treated with steroids and masked by immunomodulators, currently I am treating this disease with autologus stem cells transplantation..
