Neurologists cant figure this out. Brain lesions, memory test failed, worsening. MS negative. Going to U of M soon. Fear for my Memory / Body functions now.

Smoker 18 cigs/day for 5 years, No alcohol or Illegal Drugs. MRI brain lesions white/gray matter. Not active under contrast. Nothing on MRI spine. No bands in LP. Nerve tests Norm. Eye/Brain Norm. Memory test failed 30% most exception direction and talking above 80%. All blood tests (CBC, Thyroid, Blood Sugar, etc.) Norm. Brain worsening: Repeating actions, cannot speak words, repeating words, 1 min temporary Alzheimer's, hands confused how to work, cannot understand what people say at times. Mood awkward. Moods unstable but confusion as to why I am having the mood. Different feeling then bipolar. Unreasonable behavior not manic.
Body worsening: Walking difficult (grabbing onto tables, walls as crutches), Feeling of paralyzation, Numb, Arm sore, pain, lifting difficult, movement painful, joints arms painful, hands shake, difficult standing up without getting sick. Headache almost always, turns into temp migraine. Hard turning neck without feeling sick, hurts to turn eyes from side to side. Urinating ever hour, slight incontinence. Face twitching (cheeks one side at a time, jaw trembles, under eye twitching one side at a time).
Sight, hearing are fine. I have lost weight, about 50 pound this year due to the medication. I have had these problems which have progressed over the past 3 years. I was working out for most of last year until the pain and weakness got to be too much. I am with a Neurologist. I am scared as hell. I am not looking for a diagnosis. Give me ideas, send me in a direction, anything would help. Even the University of Michigan will take a while to figure out what is wrong.

maybe everything started with a kind of intoxication...! I dont know with what. For now it is mabe bettet to speak with your neurologist to try to decrease progressively all meds, of course after the collaboration with your neurologist. First diagnosis of bipolarity was maybe put while you abused any substance which was told to be legal
