Please help...brain problem

I've had MRIs and CT done and was told that there is narrowing of the fourth ventricle...don't get to see Dr. for awhile yet and I'm wondering what to do to help with pain/pressure in my head.,,,,been almost 3 weeks now but pressure/pain is almost constant now. I can handle the other symptoms because I'm unable to work so I know I won't hurt myself. Some problems vary with how often and intensity and I'm going nuts while waiting for someone to tell me what's wrong or what to fix it.  Just anything to give me an idea of what it may be..... can you give me an idea of what might be going on? Knowing a little of something is better than being in the dark
SYMPTOMS
Lightheadedness/Dizziness
Weakness
Eyes look red/Eyes feel funny
Heavy head (like a cement block in my head weighing my head down pushing it downward)
Pressure/Squeezy head (don’t know how to describe it)  
Coordination problems
Hearing/vision acting strange
Bobbing
Wobbly
Tired
Appetite loss
Nausea very seldom
Room tilted and I wobbled and fell
Head pressure so bad it wakes me
Pressure on chest (rubber band) happens on occasion
Hard to think…. memory/problems with typing or using cooking utensils and equipment…I’m a cook by trade and haven’t worked in over a month…employer and boyfriends are afraid I’ll get hurt
Having a problems judging things...where they are in relation to me or around me so I move slow now to make sure I don’t trip or fall when I’m feeling really bad.
I have my films on cd too and even I can see a problem

Pseudotumor cerebri can be 1 of many causes but can you send me an attachment of some pics from your CD because I cant put any diagnosis based on your symptoms. I even dont know your age or weight or height. I would like to help you. also your health history is very important, even your psychological state is important to me. please write about your case as much as you can, so I can help.

Thank you doctor! I'm approx 5'3" Female 47 yrs old approx. 190 lbs but somewhat muscular. I'm a cook so I was doing alot of running around and lifting, working in hot and stressful conditions but I enjoy my work. Generally been very healthy except tooth problems which I have gotten taken care of. Had a severe tooth infection last month. then after that was pulled started swelling of ankles and potssium levels were high. They put me on water pills and restricted potassium diet.Was told that was taken care of and blood tests came back normal then this started. How many pics do you want? I have 271 from MRI w/wo contrast and CT and do I send them to you?
