body aches and pain

I have nerve damage in my neck (degenerative) that cause my arms and shoulders to aches terribly. I got a shot in my neck, that helped for a couple monthes, now it's all back. Now my legs, especially my right leg is painful, with a constant aching feeling..excruciating, would be more like it. Could this be related to the spinal nerves? Thank You, Crickett1942
