cluster headaches for past 10 years getting worse

when i was younger i would get occasional headaches then they stopped.then when i was pregnant with my second child they got excruciatingly worse so bad they had to give me morphine. the subsided 2-3 years later but have resurfaced in the past 6 years. and the last2 years they have gotten worse to the point where i cant do nothing but lay there. i've tried every migraine medicine the only thing that helps is lorcet 10/650s and if i don't take them in time i  usually have to go to the er because they'll last for weeks with no relieve if i don't go and get a shot of demerol or morphine. i've heard something called dilladid works but i've never tried it. i was wondering if maybe you think i should see someone other than pain managment. i've had alot of cat scans and mris done.do you think it could be something else and should have more test run.i just don't think i can handle the pain much longer and care for my chioldren and home

in your case, 2 diseases should be ruled out; arnold chiari malformation //the treatment is surgical//   and    pseudotumor cerebri //reduce weight, acetazolamid or shunt//.
I  suggest a meticulous study of these 2 possible pathologies
