lower back pain


mild posterocentral disc protrusion at L2/3 level,causing slight indentation at the anterior part of thecal sac,
small annular tear at left posterolateral part of L5/S1intervertebral disc & mild desiccation of the L4/5 intervertebral disc.

Disc protrusion at L2/3 and L5/S1 levels

How bad is my back?
can it be fixed or i have to put up for the rest of my life?

at present doing core strength excercises.

dont lift heavy weights during a bending forward position

Dear, I dont have any idea about your symptoms, so it is too hard to tell about your haelth condition, we never treat images!
Send me your tableau of symptoms and when you have these symptoms, for example do you have a pain? When? At night? During effort? Daily? Ets...
So I can better show you your restrictions
