neck and head heat sensations

i am 40 years old and 2 years  ago i was diagnosed with anxiety at that time i had neck pain and heat sensations after a few days it went away now i have started feeling this symptoms i am very frustrated  i would like to know if this is something to worry about or is just associated to my anxiety

This is a cervical syndrome but it respond well to higher doses of your antidepressan medicationt, where the drug can act again that muscular spasm which you experience.

around 2005 i had an emg of my neck and was told that i had some nerve damage ( i was in numerous car accidents and used to be a stocker lifting hundreds of pounds and i'm just 5'1 w/ small body frame and never took any neck/back precautions).  the past year i also get heat and tingling sensation in my head(the best way to describe it as if you come home from a long day, take off all your clothes and just about to get in the shower and the shiver of anticipation you get) as if my nerves are extra sensitized.  i also have had severe anxiety the past 2 years and refused to get on any medication, but went through counseling. i had an mri of my brain and cervical spine 2008 and it came back absolutely normal. i have had xrays of my neck 2006-2007 and they said the curve is going the wrong way.  how can i treat this conservatively? thanks for any help you can give me.  p.s. can subluxation and nerve damage cause anxiety?

Put a cervical collar for only 4-5 hours daily, the collar should be large size and soft. you can also put it during the whole night during sleeping
Anxiety is caused by the continuous pain you are experiencing.
