nerve dying?

Couple years ago, I had back trouble which included sciatica,herniated disc,spinal stenosis and degenerative disease. For 3 months I had severe sciatica and had 3 series of the Big Needle cramed in my back to get some relief. They didn't work to well. Now a couple years later I have since lost the sciatica but back pain is still present and not as bad.Well my question is, I have new problems and feel they are possibly from those injections. My right leg, the one I had severe sciatica in, is now becoming numb to the point of concern. Also I'm having trouble with short term memory and my eyes seem to jump around when I try to read. Should I be concerned or is this normal. I recently lost my health  Ins. and job before I could get this looked at. Hence joining in to get any advice offered. Thank you...

if you want to manage your case in a professional way first of all you should have a lumbar MRI
to see if your problem is operable or not
about your eyes and memory forget about, it may be the resultt of some medications
