post cystoperitoneal shunt

hi, my sis is 6 years old and she had large arachnoid cyst on right side but she didnt have any neurlogical symptom except difficult talking and decrease of concentration. i did MR I for her show large arachenoid cyst in all right side [extend from frontal to occiptal] with middline shift to left so she did cystoprotienal shunt from 5 days ago ,, and the surgen told me the cyst is so deep and when insert tube more amount of fluid escape out from tube so we did only 4 hole for drain and another 4 is still not drain so now my sis in hospital for 5 days and she complain from vominting yellowish sometime light green sputum without  eating and sever frontal heddache that  is decrease by adol. i try to feed her little water or juice she refused and when she drink little water she vomiting but after hrs . she on antibiotic and  omeprazole and plasil and adol spand i v fliud , and vital sign is normal, so i told the dr about her status she is not well he tell me my be she need another operation but now she under observation .... so i need advice about her status is it normal ? can improve ?
