right back hip pain

Sir I am having severe right back hip pain which leads to pain into my right thigh and leg till my foot and nerves on my foot pain when I wear shoes.  I am taking halopathi medicines since 20 days but no improvement.   I work on computer and drive bike to go to office and household needs.  kindly suggest how can this pain be currable.  Can I go for homeopathi medicines.

you should go for an MRI buddy, sounds like u have what i have: DDD(degenerative disc disease), it isnt pretty, if you lift anything too heavy it gets worse, now im facing surgery.
sitting in front of a computer alot with bad posture is what caused mine. now i cant sit, i cant lay down, i cant walk, and sleeping is a joke. 12 hours in bed for 4 hours of sleep. do something while u can.
