subarachnoid hemorrhage

I had a sub arachnoid hemorrhage 2 years ago but I'm still having bad head aches. I'm also have problems with my legs.After I wake up and get out of bed I can hardly walk,my legs hurt so bad.I also have  lots of muscle spasm and cramping.Is this normal?

Partially caused by stress !
treat yourself with healthy food, decrease the quantity of salt, you can use a medication any antiepileptic type (example: Topiramate 50 twice daily)
Please let me know about your improvement after one month.
