multilevel cervical spondylosis worst at c4 c5 where there is mild left foraminal stenosis t8 t9 t9 t10 protrusions with mild cord deformity at t9 t10 multilevel lumbar spondylosis,predominately involving the facet joints,worst at l4 l5 with mild left forminal and moderate lateral recess stenosis 1.5 cm right parotid lesion incompletely evaluated add itional imaging is suggested please help me understand? what symptoms occur with this and is there a cure? thanks.
