thoracic disc prolapse

Dear Dr.
I am 50 years old, I have a multi disc prolapses in C5 - C6 , T3 -T4 , L1 - L2, but the thoracic disc prolapse is the most effective on me, also it is the final one that occurred to me since May 2010, about 7months ago, in very silly accident, when I was trying to lift a heavy bag up in bad posture, it also the same reason for the first accident of the other two protrusions (the cervical and the lumber) before 2 years ago.
I am undergoing now from hard pain in mid back and neck, also of mid and upper back numbness and tingling and numbness of hands when ever I have a little pressure on it, pain in neck it may be of the C5-C6 disc prolapse or from the thoracic one.
I am restricted in work, not to lift any heavy things cause it make me suffering unendurable pain, I tried every things but did`nt work, all doctors here in Iraq and also in Syria not recommended the idea of surgery, just said the I should avoid lifting heavy things also trying to walk and decreasing overweight of my body, which is now 90kg and I am 167cm tall.
I am suffering now from heart palpation,  also I can feel the nerves in many parts of my body that moves very fast from time to time, also I feel the low jaw trembling very fast when ever I put the lower jaw in touch to the upper jaw, and also suffering sometimes  tinnitus from both ears, weakness in arms, loss of fine control in both hands but especially in the left one, some time I fined my palms get to blue but return to white, I feel the pin and tingling in both hands, and feeling like there is not enough blood that comes to my both hands. i am very  worried about my future, please tell in true, will I be paralyzed ??? and when???
Is there any kind of help?? is there any minimally invasive surgery for the thoracic  prolapse in middle east.and what do you advice me, doctors here in Iraq they do`nt advice me for the surgery
carpal tunnel entrapment test was negative.

your case is not difficult as much as you are discribing, please lt me see your MRI and we can solve your problems one by one. One is sure: you can never be paralized and your pain is caused by just the vertebral contact one to the other and not by any neural compression.

I  really thank you very much for your hopefully answer to my S.O.S message that really gave me some hope to live without getting paralized, as I always read it in many thousands of medical spine websites, I hope your answer was not for consolation .
Now the greatest pain that restricting me comes from neck, which I think it comes as the first in my spine problems, its centering in C5-C6 position through the whole neck and shoulders and also the base of my skull from back. After leaving all drugs that was affecting badly on my digistion system ,the only pain reducer for me now is the medical collar that let me feel better when I wear it, but I can`nt wear it all the time for many reasons relating to my job and also as you know, it is uncomfortable if wearing it for long time, it makes me feel better for many hours if I wear it for some hours, it is now my companion whereever I go, as wearing it as a soothing agent for the pain in my neck and also to relieve pain in my shoulders and interspacular region that is cerntred in T3-T4 region.
I will try to send you my MRI and reports as you asked me so, and I really will be very glad to hear from you a medical advice after checking thourouly the MRI and give me your advice even it is sad news.
Once again I thank you very very much Dr.Nassim, and GOD bless you.
