weakness in left arm and pain in left groin

I have experienced weakness (continuing ) in my left arm and lot of pain in my left groin as well. I have had hernia surgery back long ago. I knew there was something wrong straight after the hernia operation. The surgeon won't listen to my complaints.

Also my blood tests are clear just numbness in my left hand especially in the last finger and 4th finger. Also my neck bothers me a lot.

I felt the more squeeze inside my left groin could aid further more weakness in my left arm etc.

Any help much appreciated and i have made an appointment with Neurologist in Ireland.

i dnt see a relation between the shoulder weakness and the groin pain, please do a cervical MRI
