what else could it be

For a short period of time I have suffered severe weight loss and back to back migraines. The neurologist did not say what is causing them but put me on a medication and said the cyst on brain will be monitored. I have hypothyroid and for some reason they can't get my potassium up. More symptoms seemed to follow such as severe naseau, problems with bowel movements, extreme fatigue, Intolerance to food smells, Only able to eat a diet of olives pickles peaches, and other fruits. I feel like I am truly on my way to dying. I did research and the symptoms fit perfect to Cachexia. I printed it out and took it to the dr along with all my sypmtoms and a plea to help me. She took me seriously and I was tested for Hiv as well as all types of cancer. I do have copd on a beta blocker for tremors and rapid pulse. I have a previous history with cancer and many times over the years my blood levels indicating a presence of cancer. I have been tested for it so many times. My dr agrees with me that Cachexia is a very real possibility. Are there any other illnesses that can mimic this? I have already planned my death out and made all my arrangements. This is not an exageration. What I would do to eat a hamburger. I'm a fighter but fighting the unknown makes it extremely difficult. The only thing I'm asking of you is whether there are other possible problems that mimic Cachexia?

In your file also 2 very important diseases were not mentioned by you now; BIPOLARIRITY and severe OBESITY from where now 100 pounds of weight loss .... so your symptoms can fit the consequence of an episode of depression ! ... this is all what I can suggest. I hope again, that you could profit from my answer and you decide to treat your state of clinical hypothyroidism that may be the mother cause of all episodes of depression
