26 weeks and measuring big

Hi ladies,
I had appt with my ob this week (I'm 26 weeks) and when I layed down for her to measure me she measured 30 weeks!!  She didn't have the table all of the way down and so she lowered it and I still measured 30!  She didn't seem extremely concerned but wanted me to have an u/s to see if the baby is really that big.  My u/s isn't scheduled for another 3 weeks. I went for a 3D u/s (not through my dr office) last weekend and she was breach.  I read that sometimes that can make a difference as can extra amniotic fluid.  I'm sure if she was really worried about it she would've had me come in earlier but a 4 week difference seems like a lot to me.  I asked her if it was bad and she said no but wanted to check it out on u/s.  Anyone else measure this big with a current of prior pregnancy?  I guess if she would've only measured a week or 2 off I wouldn't be so worried but 4!!!  Thanks

I measured 4 weeks ahead with Jaden consistently.  I had extra fluid. My neighbor is also measuring 3 weeks big and just had an ultrasound-she is due in 2 weeks and they said baby is 7 pounds 6 oz and she had extra fluid too.  Depending on what they find, your doc. may see you back before 4 weeks.
