Pregnancy and taking medicines

Hi,
I have just found out that I am pregnant. Probably about 4 weeks. Last week I had to go to see a dentist with an emergency ,which is my nightmare, and I used to suffer from panic attacks so I had some lexaton tablets from a few years ago. I took one incase I had a panic attack whilst being treated.
Now I am so worried that there maybe some side effects to the foetus. Please can someone tell me if it will be OK. I only took the one tablet ?

I am sure everything is fine...but you might want to post this on the Dr. forum and get a professional opinion. Also, have you called your OB?
