Spotting after intercourse.

Spotting after intercourse.

My DH and I have not had sex due to the bleeding was having. It had been 5 weeks since I had any bleeding  so I thought I would be ok. I started spotting afterwards. Does anybody think this is just because it has been a few weeks or a sign saying no no till after baby is born?

I think I read somewhere that it could be due to the cervix being extra sensitive now? Something about it being full of blood vessels...
I can't remember now; I haven't had sex since right before my last IVF, which was in February.  Couldn't for the first 3 months, then had a heavy bleeding episode at week 12, another at week 14 and another at week 16. Nothing since then, but we got a little freaked out and decided to just wait until after the baby.  It STINKS!

Well I had bleeding once when I had sex but it hasent happened again. Yes its from the cervix, since we are pregnant we are of course flowing more blood and you most likely broke a blood vessel if it only happens during sex. But I think if it keeps happening you should probably wait until after the baby is born. But see what your doctor says.

My doc said that if the spotting happens within 48 hours after intercourse its normal. Everything is much more sensitive..but I wouldn't worry about it and if you do decide to do stuff then I would just make sure its not very rough. :)
