Collagen Supplements - Is It Too Good to Be True?

by Coldy, Mar 09, 2007 12:00AM
I picked up an info sheet on collagen supplements. It promises clearer skin, thicker hair, healthier nails, stronger joints & ligaments, reduced signs of aging, improved mobility in conditions such as arthritis and joint pain, and improved lean muscle mass.

It says to take on an empty stomach (3 tabs twice a day) and wait up to six weeks to notice improvements.

Any opinions would be appreciated - does it work?
