water makes me sick
Has anyone ever heard of being allergic to water? I can't drink water it makes me sick to my stomach. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I have tried all different types of flavored water. And either they make me sick or don't taste good. I know water is a key part to loosing weight but if I can't drink it what should I do?

If you are only having this problem when drinking flavored water then you are reacting to what the manufacturers had added to the water - additives, flavors. These days 'Flavors' are not natural and are created in a laboratory. You could make your own flavored water by adding the juice of lemon, lime or orange (from real fruit).
