Hi i am an amateur body builder.To reach my protein needs i am thinking to add eggs in the morning.I dont have time to cook so i need to eat them raw.Now i know the problem of bacters is low i am asking more about advin.Is it neutralized when eating whole egg.
What about those pasteurizated egg whites(would be perfectPerfect choice ,no fat) do they have the problem of advin .At what % does out body absorb their protein (i heard is almost as cooked ones)?
