Akalinizing

by Pink713, Mar 23, 2007 12:00AM
Hello,

Today, I stayed away from coffee, dairy, and red meat.  I am attempting to akalinize
my blood, avoiding acidic foods.  I have a strange feeling in the
pit of my stomac.  A sensation.  I feel extremely light and optimistic (which
is not my nature) but not able to concentrate really.  Can someone tell me is this
to be expected?  Will it eventualy level out?

Thanks.

THose are good things to take out. You also need to take out a lot of fruits. They are very acidic. You need to start adding things in like cucumbers and celery are the most alk. foods out there. Also add lots of greens and use things like olive oil and braggs to help with flavor if that is a problem. Paw de'arco is a good tea for this. One last thing put yourself ona good probiotic to help with the flora of your gut.

Good luck. It is hard to do this- I speak from experiance
