Am I going through detox PS

I forgot to say that I started to feel funny about a week after stoping smoking. Im 30 years old. My partner (46) gave up smoking at the same time but he is fine ( he only takes a bit of vitamin C and wheat grass if he remembers) he thinks ther's something wrong with me and I should stop taking so many food supliments. ( my every day diet is not too rich due to a lot of work.)
along with my first cold sore I started to feel pain in my heel, especially in the morning just after waking up.
I suppose those 3 cups of coffe every day won't do me any good either.
I forgot to mention that I also take one tbs of beepollen and add turmeric in to every meal I have in a day. Just bought vitamin C today as well.
