Any idea for snacks?

Hi, I need some healthy tips for my sacas,  I know what  to Cook in the breakfst, luchando and dinner but I dont know a lot about healthy sacas. .. Pd: sorry for my english is some bad or very bad

Walnuts or pistasious. Eating two large servings is only 320cal. And can last all day.
