I used to get b12 shots. My PCP is holistic so I think most of his patients got the shots. I didn't have fatigue, so its hard to remember if I felt any different because I didn't feel bad to start with..
I don't know what amount he was even giving me to tell you the truth, so I'm not much help, am I? lol
I wonder why he didn't prescribe it for me to do home..as a matter of fact not until someone else had said on another forum that they do their own b shots, I don't think I knew before that was mentioned that doctors write scripts for people to do it at home.
But anyway sassy, I hope you feel better soon and I hope someone can give you an answer to your question.
Well, I had to stop them, I think they were starting to make my irregular heart beats worse, so, I emailed my doc and she told me to stop for awhile. I have been off of them for about 3 days now, I don't feel any different, so I guess they were not helping me anyway, the "fluttersAtrial fibrillation/flutter" are still here, but now, I think it is hormonal and PMSPremenstrual syndrome Relieving pms besides the effects of the shot.
I had heard of B-12 making folks more anxious but did not believe it, guess they were right.
