B12 deficiency tests

I haven't had my B12 checked however I found out today that my neutrophils have been very low for 4 years, I have low ferritin & high rdw.  I have been poorly for 4 years but my former Dr's failed to tell me that my neutrophils have been so low for a long time, I moved house and my new Dr has told me that my former Dr should have looked into this.  When it began I felt ill constantly and kept going to the Dr's office and in the end they sent me to a psychiatrist saying I had post natal depression - because I became sick after I had my first child.  It turns out that all this time the condition was physical but they don't know what has caused it yet.  More tests to be done.  However my mother had B12 deficiency in her 30's and she's told me that it sounds like that is what I possibly have.

Does anyone know if my above test results are consistent with B12 anemia?

Well if your ferritin is low you need to get that up. I am not sure but after I had my bloodwork I was put on B12 injections for about 6 weeks. They made me feel 110% better. Less fatigue etc. Maybe see a naturopath as they can give you the answers and the B12 if needed
