Your coumadin should keep your chance of developing blood clotsBlood clots in check. If I were you I would try to stay very hydrated, but no alcohol, and get up and walk some every hour or so and even while you're sitting you can move your feet and legs some. Maybe do some ankle circles, anything to keep the circulation going. Have a good trip!
