Caffeine taper
I have to get off of caffeine due to anxiety and depression.  I have been caffeine addicted my whole life---60 years. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to do this the most effectively. I will NOT cold turkey.

Just cut down gradually, by half a cup a day or every other day.  or start using Half Caff (I forget which brand it is) that has half the caffeine, then wean yourself to decaf.
